What kind of batteries does the interactive doll need?
The interactive doll requires 3 AA batteries. Please note that batteries are not included with the shipment, so you will need to purchase and install them yourself.
Will the doll I receive look the same as the photos on the website?
Dear customer, yes, it will be 100% the same. All of our doll photos are taken with a real camera. We do not use AI-generated images that simply look like babies. As you can see, most of our doll photos are taken in the same setting. However, because they are real photographs, there may be slight differences in lighting, so the actual doll may have very minor color variations. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
How do I make payment?
You can place orders on our website using major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Currently, we do not accept checks or money orders. ChimiDoll is not responsible for any bank fees incurred if charges accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX cause customers to exceed their available credit limit or available debit funds. All orders are subject to acceptance.
