ChimiDoll is not responsible for any bank charges incurred if Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX accepts a charge that causes a customer to exceed their available credit limit or debitable funds. Do I need to pay customs duties?
ChimiDoll is not responsible for any taxes/duties/fees collected upon delivery. Different countries have different tax/duties/customs rates. Please check with your local post office for accurate information.
Attention UK customers:
As of January 1, 2021, based on new UK VAT laws, ChimiDoll will not charge any customs duties or VAT at checkout. All orders, regardless of amount, will have related fees payable upon delivery. The specific charges are determined by UK customs, and customers can refer to UK customs for accurate information.
What materials are the dolls made of?
Our dolls are made of BPA-free vinyl and have been certified to meet EN71, CPC, CE, ASTM, CPSIA, UKCA, 10P, and BS EN71 safety standards.
Are these dolls suitable for all ages?
Yes, we have dolls that are safety-tested and suitable for children aged 3 and up.

Where is your company located?
Our headquarters is in Hong Kong: unit c, 9/f Winning House, no.72-76 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. You can find our real address on Google Maps.
Can I bathe the dolls?
We do not recommend bathing the dolls as some have cloth bodies, and others are made of vinyl with joint connections that are not fully waterproof. Dolls should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and cleaned with a damp cloth.
