Special Customization Notes

  • Face and Expression Customization: If you require special customization for the doll's face or expression, we need to create new molds for our artisans. This may lead to a longer customization time.
  • Additional Costs: Due to the high cost of creating new molds, special face and expression customizations will incur additional fees. The exact price will vary depending on your customization plan.
  • Detailed Confirmation: We will confirm all customization details with you before production to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Customization Process

  1. Choose a Model: Browse our product gallery and select a doll model as the base for your customization.
  2. Personalize: Complete the customization form, including preferences for eye color, hair color and style, and outfit choices.
  3. Artistic Creation: Our artists start crafting the doll according to your specifications.
  4. Final Confirmation: After completion, we will send photos of the doll for your approval. Please note, as these are custom-made products based on individual requirements, they are not eligible for returns once confirmed.
  5. Happy Delivery: Once confirmed, we will securely package and swiftly deliver your doll.
