Processing Time:
We will process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Please note that processing times can be affected by weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Note: If you have purchased multiple items, your order may be split into several packages. If you only receive one of the packages, please do not worry and be patient.

Free Shipping:
US orders: Typically arrive within 6-10 working days after dispatch.
European orders: Typically arrive within 5-8 working days after dispatch.
$12 Shipping Fee:
US orders: Typically arrive within 4-8 working days after dispatch.
European orders: Typically arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Please note, these time frames are approximate, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as transportation and customs clearance.

Taxes:
Where applicable, you are responsible for paying import taxes and duties. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

Cancellation or Address Changes:
Once you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email, and we will immediately prepare your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at kaijensen@chimidoll.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

How to Track My Order?
Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking number via email. You can enter your tracking number here, or you can contact our customer service at kaijensen@chimidoll.com, and our customer service team will reply within 24 hours!

We are very confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase; if not, we are happy to take it back.

General Timeframe:
Claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted to kaijensen@chimidoll.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
Claims for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as "dislike" or "unwanted," must be submitted to kaijensen@chimidoll.com within 14 days of receiving the item. However, if you do not use your item and keep it in its original condition and packaging, the timeframe can be extended to 30 days.

Return shipping fee:
If the product you receive is damaged/deformed or otherwise has quality problems, we will bear the shipping costs for your return or exchange.
If you don't like or don't want to wait for personal reasons, then our company will not be responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange.

Note:
Please do not return items to the sender address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Any return requests not authorized by customer service will not be accepted.
After returning items, customers are responsible for providing a tracking number.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

PayPal Account Refund:
Up to 48 hours
Credit Card Refund:
Between 5-10 business days
For some credit cards, refunds cannot be returned to the original payment account. In this case, we will request the customer to provide their PayPal account for the refund to be completed. Thank you for your understanding.
Chimidoll is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or undelivered returns to our return address during transit.
